I Just Love Helping First Time Home Buyers Find Their First Home

My name is Virginia Dean and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams.  I live in Visalia but have my license at the Fresno Keller Williams Office because of it's sense of team and it's education opportunities. 

I love helping buyers find a home and I especially love helping First-Time Home Buyers.

Having raised 4 children, I am a Nurturer and truly believe that first home purchase is very traumatizing and someone like me can make it easier and less stressful.

Recently a colleague of mine from Tampa, Fl. referred her nephew, a first time homebuyer to me for his purchase of his first home in Lemoore.

She said " My 26 year old nephew called me one night to talk about the process of buying his first home. He is a pilot in the Navy and just got stationed at Lemoore. We chatted for a bit and I asked him if he wanted me to find him a REALTOR who would help him with the process, he said yes, and I went to work on FaceBook. I solicited help from a referral group. My request was something like, “I need someone to help my first time home buyer nephew who is going to Lemoore, CA as a pilot in the Navy. I need someone to treat am like I would,”  and Virginia Dean was the first to respond. From the moment that we chatted about Matthew and what he was looking for, I knew I had found the right person.

Virginia kept me informed throughout the process from the first time they saw homes, to the ice cream cones they shared after closing. My nephew and his girlfriend were nothing short of THRILLED with Virginia. She truly is a gem and I just don’t think anyone could ever surpass her compassion, attention to detail, and genuine authenticity that she brought to the table. My nephew is in his first home, which is spectacular I might add, Virginia has gained a client for life, and I know exactly who to call in the Fresno, CA and surrounding area when I need a REALTOR®.
